Oh, neat! I'm not really sure what else to say. xD I like the design, though. Very well thought out. What keeps the head from falling off, or floating away? Magnetics or something? Or just moved for the sake of reference?

Ah yes, the head is oddly floating about because I wanted to show the adapter/amplifier which is inserted into the "brain" and what is on the end of the neck. So yeah, references' sake!

I love these animated ref sheets you make. The bubbles floating through the tube part are a nice touch. Very original creature to. I'll have to make some fanart of this guy one day.

I love the movement of the arm, but I think I might have been tempted to have the head move back every 15seconds or so, to show it fully attached to the body. But that's just me.
I'd love to see the Electi in more images or senarios, if only to see that tube body in action. How is it you intend it to move, without multiple tubing I can't see it being pressure change or contractions... Unless the surface material of the tube can contract/relax in any given place.... Hmn, the possibilities XD

I don't suppose I could get permission to create one of these, or at least draw one (my attention span is so short I'd probably only draw it once no matter how awesome they are)?

They cannot be produced anymore since in my story the peak of technology has already passed and most knowledge about top mechanichs has been forgotten. :C Well, some new-type Electri are being built from scrap metal and the old "back bones" of the originals. They are all crookety and rusty and smokey.. and junk. >D

Thank you! Yeah, I enjoy making these little animations alot. They are kind of simple but very time consuming if you want to get everything right and running smoothly.

Hmm, I actually tried having the head move "on" and "off" but it somehow felt very cluttery and, well, weird! xD Maybe I'm just lacking in skill..

Oh yes! I will definetly get on working with other body types and action shots soon! I'm very enthusiastic with these critters currently, so you might need to expect a bit of spam. xD

I guess calling the tube a "backbone" distracts the fact that it is very elastic and.. how should I put it.. eel-like? xD That's a weird way of describing it! The thing which gives the tube it's "backbone" feature is it's ability to absorb and contain energies.

Heh, this is exactly one of the reasons I wish people will discuss with me first before making a character; are you ready to give it more love than just one picture and leave it in the dust? But if you really want to discuss a character matter more seriously; feel free to contact me on msn!

I think... I would love to create fanart/giftart for you of these guys. :/ I can never get myself to draw a character more than once.... well I do, but its over a long span of time. Some characters of mine have only been drawn once. Mainly because I don't like their personality or design. D; So I'd never ask you if I could make my own, since I can't spam characters. lol But I'd be glad to draw a gift/fanart. Though I'm lacking in imagination atm and need to focus on my last 20 something days of school so I can graduate... lol XD XD XD
